These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the preorder program for Watch Drones offered by Watch LLC (“Watch,” “we,” “us,” “our”) via https://www.trywatch.ai (the “Site”). By placing a preorder, you agree to these Terms.

2. Preorders and Discounts

  • Preorders are fully refundable at any time prior to shipment.

  • A preorder secures a $100 discount off the final retail price of the Watch Drone system when it becomes available for purchase.

  • Preordering does not constitute a purchase of the product; it places you in line for early access.

3. Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or directly handle your credit card details.

  • Preorder charges are placed immediately but are refundable upon request (see Section 5).

4. No Guarantee of Delivery Date

  • Estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to manufacturing, regulatory, or logistical factors.

  • We are not liable for delays but will provide regular updates via email.

5. Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your preorder and receive a full refund at any time before your product ships.

  • To request a refund, email contact@trywatch.ai with your order details. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

6. Pricing and Final Purchase

  • The preorder discount applies only to the first product you purchase using the preorder credit.

  • Final pricing, taxes, and shipping fees will be disclosed before you confirm the full purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Preorders are offered on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watch LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the preorder program.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these Terms to reflect changes in our preorder program or applicable law. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
